This website is operated by FITZ Media, Inc. By visiting FromArrows.com and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Services and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Our store is hosted on Squarespace, Inc, a company that provides us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

About You

By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. If you are not the age of majority, you are prohibited from accessing or using FromArrows.com for any reason.

Minors are not authorized to make a purchase without parental consent. We do not take responsibility for purchases made without parental consent by a minor. An unauthorized purchase made by a minor is not considered fraudulent and must comply with the Terms of Service. We will not make exceptions to the Return or Shipping Policies due to unauthorized purchases made by a minor.

All content on this website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, icons, audio clips, video clips, music, lyrics, compositions, data compilations, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement of such content, is the exclusive property of FITZ or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws, trademark laws, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, perform, or in any way exploit any of the Store Content, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of FITZ.

General Store Policy

You agree not to display, distribute, license, perform, publish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, create derivative works from, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transfer or upload for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service, without express written permission from FITZ.

FITZ reserves the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. FITZ reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

For any portion of the Services that requires a user name and/or password, you are responsible for all use of your account (under any user name or password) and for ensuring that all use of your account complies fully with the provisions of these Terms. You shall be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your user name(s) or password(s), if any.

Fees and Modifications

FITZ reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or  permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that FITZ will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of Services. 

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties as well as State and Local taxes accrued for your purchase. Those fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. In addition to the payment of the applicable purchase price for a purchased item, buyers are responsible for paying all shipping costs to FITZ and all applicable sales, excise, import, export, VAT and other taxes or duties  associated with the purchase and sale of any items through the Service. All such shipping costs and taxes are not included in the listed price for any items made available through the Service, but will be displayed to buyers before confirmation of any purchase. Your continued use of the Services after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount. 

Refund Policy

For goods and services that were purchased through the Services (as opposed to a third party’s website), we will normally process valid written request for cancellations or refunds within forty-five (45) days of receiving it (a “Refund Request”), unless a shorter period is required by  law.

To request a cancellation or refund, please email: (a) your first and last name, (b) order number, (c) date of order, and (e) email address to production@wearefitz.com. Please include “return” in your subject line.

In regard to any refunds sought for goods and Services purchased outside of this website or the Services, and paid for outside of FromArrows.com or the Services, such refund requests shall be made directly with the third party that provided such goods and services. 

For items returned to FITZ due to an undeliverable address or issues with customs, refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. In the event of a returned order, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to exchange only.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

Third Party Websites and Apps

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this website may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.
